Here is a photograph of an F/A-18E of VFA-115 on board USS Abraham Lincoln during a visit to Perth, Western Australia on 22 December, 2002.

The two characters below the cockpit are HyperScale regulars Rodger Kelly (left) and Rob Baumgartner. Your Editor was also invited to this little shindig, but the 5,000 kilometres between me (in Sydney) and the ship (in Perth) got in the way. Rodger did phone me from the flight deck to gloat though…

Now, who wants to cast those two figures in resin?
