DeHavilland Mosquito NF.30

DeHavilland NF.30

Mosquito NF.30 Close-Up

The photos in this set are of the DeHavilland Mosquito NF Mk. 30 held in the Edmonton Aviation Museum at the Industrial Airport in that city.

It is an ex-Spartan Aero Services survey aircraft and has been restored in the markings of 418 City of Edmonton Squadron in WW2.

The landing gear and exterior details are common for most Mosquitos, but the late production Mosquito heritage is given away by the two stage Merlin engines with the chin intakes on the engine nacelles.
